Dj 'S' for a two-day seminar at DJ Survival Academy
Next Tuesday 11/2 and Wednesday 12/2, the renowned Dj "S" is coming to our school for a two-day seminar. He will show scratches and techniques that he has developed throughout his years in the music industry, as a DJ, producer and remixer.
Dj "S" officially began his contact with discography in 1996, as DJ of the famous rap group "Goin' Through", with whom he "won" two gold records.
He previously participated in the Greek DJ competition (DMC), '92 & '93, where he won third place consecutively!
Notable was his participation as a presenter in the music shows ''StreetΒeat'' and ''StreetΒeat Weekend Edition'' on Mad TV, from 2004 to 2008!
In the following years, he perfected his art as a music producer, experimenting with vintage black sounds and reviving old classics in remix form, which have a great impact on the Internet - on his YouTube channel he has approximately 300,000 followers!
His interest in experimental music led him in 2010 to create “Vinyl Adventures”. It was his first record attempt, and is based on musical samples from earlier decades, mainly from Soul, Jazz & Funk.
In 2012, he began editing & remixing, in the broader field of black music. So far, he has "refreshed" over 400 tracks and is very high in the preferences of radio stations, as well as well-known DJs abroad!
At the same time, he creates the duet "Senior Citizens" with Dj Chairman and they continue in the same style, namely remixing music from older decades, mainly 50's, 60's & 70's.
Since 2023, he has been an official remixer of the British music service Mastermix DJ. And he continues his appearances in Greece and abroad, as a guest DJ at similar music nights.
