For the first time, in Season 9: Afro Production by Christos Fourkis
Another addition to the DJ Survival Academy's instructors team, is Christos Fourkis who is teaching the "Afro Production".
The "Afro Production" courses take place once a month, are aimed at the Music Production participants of our school and specialize in Afro-house music.
The lesson focus on percussion, grooves, rhythms, fx and pads, mixing afro-house tracks, editing/processing vocals, advanced synthesis techniques.
Christos Fourkis at the age of 16 started as a DJ and at the same time started dealing with music production. From his first steps in music production he had a great impact worldwide. He has collaborated with renowned electronic music artists and many of his music releases have been ranked number one in sales. His releases have been included in compilations such as Buddha Bar -Ministry of Sound -Unicef and many Ibiza compilations.
Until 2016 he went through various aspects of electronic music such as Progressive -House -Deep -Lounge, until he became interested in the Afro House music scene.
He has been voted 14th worldwide Afro House music producer, according to Traxsource and in 2019 he was Beatport's No.1 Best Afro House track. To this day he is among the top 100 artists.
